KZ Companies project featured in Pacific Business News

KAPAA, HAWAII – As featured in an article by the Pacific Business News, KZ Companies will be developing a brand new Long’s Drugs in Kapaa on the island of Kauai. The Kapaa project is currently a coconut grove that was established over a 100 years ago and because of old age has been dying in recent years. We are working closely with community stakeholders to design the site around the coconut grove. We have made great efforts to rehabilitate the grove, improve drainage, and blend the building architecture into the surrounding master plan. Our goal is to improve Longs Drugs services to the community while keeping our development consistent with the rich history of the site and surrounding area. This Longs Drugs will be the first drive-thru pharmacy on the island of Kauai, and will expand all services currently being offered by Longs Drugs in the marketplace.
