Office Building Acquired
LOS ALAMITOS, CALIF. — KZ Companies has purchased a 10,100-square-foot office building in Los Alamitos for $4.25 million. The company plans to redevelop the property, which is located at 3401 Katella Ave., into a CVS/pharmacy.
Construction will begin in September with completion scheduled for May 2010. Vincent Roche with CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer; David Cox of Cox Commercial represented the seller, Tipton Family Trust.
